Supporting Student Well-Being
At Sandy Segal Youth Health Center, helping students overcome challenges and thrive is the heart of their mission. Operated by Venice Family Clinic, the center is located on campus to ensure accessibility and provides vital mental health services at little to no cost, making it a lifeline for students and families in need.
Through strong partnerships with district leaders, teachers, staff, and counselors, the center has built a trusted network that connects students to the care they need. “Our collaboration with school staff allows us to identify students who are struggling and provide timely, effective support,” shares Maria, a member of the Venice Family Clinic team and a parent in the district. “This partnership is essential to fostering a healthy and supportive school environment.”
The program is supported by donations to the Culver City Education Foundation (CCEF), which ensures that students have access to skilled therapists and a safe, welcoming space to address their mental health needs. By investing in these services, donors are directly contributing to the well-being and success of students across the district. Donate today!
“Every dollar donated helps create opportunities for students to feel seen, heard, and supported,” Maria emphasizes. “As both a professional and a parent, I see firsthand how critical these resources are in building a community where all students can thrive.”
With the backing of CCEF and the dedication of the Health Center team, students are not only receiving care—they’re finding hope, resilience, and the confidence to succeed. Together, the school community and its supporters are building a brighter future for every child.
